The Gold and Red dragons are the largest of all the Dragon species and they’re also the most common. They got their names because of their red and golden skin.
Regarding size, the Red Dragons can have a wingspan of 650 meters and their length can be around 400 hundred meters from tail to nose. The Golden Dragons are a bit smaller, but there has never been seen a Gold Dragon less than 300 meters long.
The Golden and Red Dragons lives in all the mountains areas at the Northern Continent, and in Turchi lives the oldest of them all, a Red Dragon called Estragon. He is considered the King of all Dragons.
No one knows exactly how the Gold and Red Dragons runs their lives, because they tell little about themselves. But what people do know is that they’re lonely wolves, and you seldom see more than three of them together.
They have long lives, and are considered to be very wise. Therefore, many Men seek them for advice. It is said that a Dragon sees right through you, and will never lie, and anyone that seeks them has to have the courage to face the Truth.
It is mostly the Gold and Red Dragons that Men worship as gods, but this also makes them the most feared and hated of all the dragon species. Many of them have been killed by Men because of religious reasons.
No one knows what happens with the souls of the dragons when they die. Some says they become one with their Mother, the Sun, while others, like the Order of the Dragons claims they are reborn as Men.
